She had me bring my new sewing machine so I could learn the basics of threading. After a small tutorial, she left me to thread on my own. When she returned, I had only thread the bobbin. To which her reply was, "You could have not done it more wrong!"

The threading just takes some practice, don't give up! Of course, it's probably just that POS machine you bought! ;-) (stitch bitch,lol)
You have inspired me to get my own POS machine out and make some pajama pants. wish me luck, it's been a while. I'll post about it and show you how they turn out.
Ewww, threading's a bi_ _ _! The least little mess up ruins the whole process. It's ok, though. I can even teach you that (in pictures).
After those pj pants, you'll be a sewing maniac!;)
In the end, my sister was very patient and I learned to thread...but will need more practice
